We are looking for a colleague, who would join our team and help us take care of ensuring compliance of Polish companies‘ operations, finding legal solutions and assisting project teams. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, in particular land lease and easement agreements as well as service agreements, supply agreements
• Providing and updating existing data to land register
• Legal counselling and assistance to business teams with real estate and commercial matters
• Assisting to the team on daily legal matters.

We expect that You

• Have a Master’s degree in law
• Have 2+ years of experience in legal field, preferably in real estate area
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English languages
• Have a first or second year advocate’s or legal advisor’s apprenticeship would be beneficial
• Have experience in renewable energy sector would be an advantage
• Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
• Have experience working on and managing numerous projects and tasks, a strong sense of ownership
• Have ability to work in a team and independently.
