Ramūnas Paškauskas is the General Manager of Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė.

Ramūnas Paškauskas, who has many years of experience in the energy sector, joined the Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė on 8 March 2016. Ramūnas currently represents the power plant in the CEWEP organisation.

Paškauskas gained management experience while working in the energy sector. Ramūnas has worked for AB “Panevėžio energija” for more than 10 years. He began his career as a Service Engineer and later held various managerial positions.

Mr Paškauskas graduated from Kaunas University of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds a master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from ISM University of Management and Economics.

Mantas Mikalajūnas has been a Member of the Management Board of Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė since 31 March 2022.

Mantas is also a Member of the Management Board of AB “Ignitis grupe”, UAB “Ignitis” and UAB Elektroninių mokėjimų agentūra, the Head of Group Regulated Activities at AB “Ignitis grupė”.

Mantas is an executive with almost 20 years of experience in various energy sector companies. Mantas launched his career in Lietuvos Dujos, later he had an internship in German energy group of companies. After returning to Lithuania, he was working in strategic positions at Lietuvos Dujos, where he served as an executive team member and was responsible with investor relations, state authorities and the regulator as well as integration of Lietuvos Dujos into Lietuvos Energija (now Ignitis Group). Before transitioning to the position of Head of Business Development at Ignitis Group, Mantas served as a CEO at Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas (later Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas).

Mantas earned master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Vilnius University. 

Vitalijus Žuta is a Member of the Management Board of Kauno Kogeneracinė Jėgainė.

Vitalijus Žuta has been the CEO of UAB “Fortum Heat Lietuva” since 2005. Vitalijus is a member of the Management Boards of Fortum Klaipėda, Fortum Švenčionių Energija, Fortum Joniškio Energija and Klaipėdos Energija.

Mr Žuta has accumulated many years of experience in the energy sector and implemented several significant projects. While working at the AB “Lietuvos energija” branch Tena, he was responsible for the material and technical provision of Lietuvos Energija branches, the implementation of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank, and the implementation of various projects. He coordinated the projects for the modernisation of the automation of the 7th power unit of Lietuvos Elektrinė and the installation of an electrostatic smoke cleaning filter.

He implemented the project of the first cogeneration power plant in Klaipėda, which uses waste as fuel, not only in Lithuania, but also in the entire Baltic region. For a long time, Vitalijus worked at the Vilniaus Kogeneracinė Jėgainė, and since 2000 he has been working as the Technical Director at Suomijos Energija.
