Policies
We implement the culture and practice of responsible and sustainably developed business in accordance with the Ignitis Group sustainability policy, which outlines the basic principles of sustainability that apply to all Group companies. Certifications
Ignitis Group companies implement and maintain modern, globally recognised standards.
Environmental management system
The Group companies ESO and Ignitis gamyba support the environmental standard ISO 14001:2015. The globally recognised certificate states that companies comply with the essential requirements for the identification, monitoring, management and improvement of environmental aspects.
The Group company Ignitis has been awarded an environmental (ISO 14001) certificate for activities related to the provision of services to business (B2B) customers.
Occupational health and safety management system
The Group strives to fully ensure the safety and health of employees, paying special attention to working conditions and the quality of the working environment. The updated ISO 45001:2018 standard has been implemented in the group companies ESO and Ignitis gamyba, which replaced the old OHSAS 18001:2007 standard. 83% of Group employees work in operations certified by widely recognised OHS standards.

Information security management system
In order to ensure compliance of the activities and processes of the Group companies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Ignitis grupės paslaugų centras is certified according to the ISO 27001:2017 standard. This ensures high-quality and secure information management, enables the implementation of security measures in line with global best practices, and the management of information security risks.
Anti-corruption management system
Anti-corruption management system standard reduces the risk of corruption in the company and make it easier to implement various anti-corruption measures and to detect possible corruption.
