Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Develop the document management plan and update it, as needed
• Implement document management system with IT partner
• Ensure that project documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and are functional
• Ensure the security, accessibility and proper distribution of project documents
• Ensure traceability of all project documentation/communication
• Plan and conduct meetings and presentations related to document management
• Assist project managers in daily activities.

We expect that You

• Have higher education
• Have documentation management experience
• Have project documentation management experience in construction projects (advantageous)
• Have knowledge of MS SharePoint. Knowledge of other document management systems would be considered as an advantage
• Are able to work independently and make independent decisions when called for
• Are able to work on fast paced complex projects.

Salary range for this position group is 1635 to 2453 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
