Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Providing the financial and tax accounting function in Polish entities within the Ignitis group
• Comprehensive keeping of accounting books 
• Responsibility for financial documents workflow and maintaining an archive of these documents
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, International Accounting Standards, and Group policies for financial and tax accounting of Polish companies
• Participate in the Accounting software implementation project
• Liaising with audit, internal, tax and other controls as well as preparing data, information and explanations for the purposes of such audits or controls
• Conduct control procedures on accounting records
• Prepare the company's Financial Statements, Group's Reporting Package and other additional management information
• Calculate and declare taxes.

We expect that You

• Have higher degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field  
• Have 3+ years of experience in accounting  
• Have English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)  
• Are proficient user of MS Office programs  
• Have analytical skills 
• Are result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve.
