We are looking for a colleague to join the Ignitis Eesti team and take full responsibility for increasing the number of public charging points for electric vehicles. Your key responsibilities will be to

  • Sign new sites by identifying decision makers (board members, C-level managers) and negotiating the best possible terms for the construction of the charging station.
  • Build the largest premium EV charging network in Estonia.
  • Seek additional business development opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive market and customer needs analysis, generate and implement ideas to optimise the offer and proposed solutions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, present the product and related innovations to stakeholders.

We expect that You

  • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, full closing role;
  • Have higher education (Bachelor degree and up)
  • Are able to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously;
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Are capable of independently approaching decision makers;
  • Have skills of excellent negotiator;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English languages, knowledge of Russian will be a plus;
  • Are able to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations;
  • Have B category driving license.
  • Previous experience in real estate-related sales, such as land acquisition, is a plus
