• At least 5 years of managerial experience, of which at least 3 years in top management team

For middle managers

• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• University degree (preferably in related field)

For specialists

• Work experience in related field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsibility, desire to improve
• Self driven, result oriented mindset, good communication skills
• Higher education (preferably in related field)

For workers

• Higher or professional education (preferably in related field)
• Work experience in the energy field is an advantage
• Basic skills in using Windows MS Office programs
• Category B driving license

General requirements (not applicable to workers)

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and oral)
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with JIRA, Power BI applications would be an advantage
• Experience with LEAN performance improvement tools would be an advantage
