We guarantee the confidentiality and the protection of the whistleblowers.

Reports on violations to the Ignitis Group, UAB may be presented by current as well as former employees or persons related to the Ignitis Group, UAB under contractual relationship.
The purpose of the reports is to protect the public interest. Information provided for the sole purpose of protecting personal interest will not be considered as a report.
Protection, incentive and aid measures may be applied to the whistleblowers in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania and other legislation.

You can report on:

• a possible criminal offence being prepared, committed or already committed;
• administrative violation;
• disciplinary offence or breach of job duties;
• or any other violation of law that threatens or violates the public interest, which you become aware of from your current or former employment or contractual relationship with the “Ignitis Group”, UAB.

The information contained in the reports is assessed by the employees of the Prevention, Risk Management and Compliance Services of the Ignitis Group, UAB , which are responsible for prevention. We guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the information he/she provides.
