Irma Kaukienė is the General Manager of Ignitis Grupės Paslaugų Centras.
Irma Kaukienė, who has seven years of experience in an executive position, joined the Group in 2014. After taking up her position as the Head of the Information Technology Department, three years later she took up the position of the General Manager of one of the Group companies, namely – Technologijų Ir Inovacijų Centras. Until then, Kaukienė worked in the fields of IT and business consulting in private companies.
After graduating from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University with a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Engineering, she defended her doctoral dissertation in technological sciences, and later Kaukienė obtained a master's degree in Business Administration from the Baltic Institute of Management. She has also completed the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance corporate governance training programme.
Dr. Skibarkienė is a member of the Management Board and Chief Organisational Development Officer at Ignitis Group.
Živilė is a professional of law and organisational development. She joined Ignitis Group in 2018 and since then transformed Group's governance, successfully implemented programs of digitalization and operational efficiency.
Živilė gained executive experience while working in financial sector. She previously was the Head of Šiaulių Bankas Legal and Administration Division. In Finasta Bank she was Managing Director and member of the Management Board. She worked as Compliance Manager at DNB bank (now Luminor) and as Head of Legal Department at SEB bank.
She holds a master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University and a doctoral degree in social sciences field of law at Mykolas Romeris University. She has also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saїd Business School, University of Oxford.
Živilė Skibarkienė owns 300 shares of Ignitis Group.
Marius Ivanauskas is an independent member of the Board of Ignitis Grupės Paslaugų Centras who joined the Board on 14 December 2021. His first term of office ended on 26 June 2023. On 26 June 2023, Marius was selected to the Board for a second term, which will end on 25 June 2027.
Marius Ivanauskas has over 15 years of executive experience. He gained experience in managerial roles at IBM, Barclays and Danske Bank. From 2017 to 2023, he was CEO of Telia Global Services Lithuania. Since November 2023, he has been leading the global business transformation of Zurich Insurance.
From 2019 to 2023, Marius Ivanauskas was also member of the Board at Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.
Marius Ivanauskas holds a bachelor's degree in business and managerial economics from Kaunas University of Technology.
Milda Čeplinskienė joined the Group in 2019. She was leading the Group Business Planning and Analysis for three years and is currently working as the Head of Group Strategy. She has over 10 years of experience in finance management and business control in telecommunications sector. She also worked in finance and audit sector for 7 years, and in banking sector for one year.
